Hi welcome to Misty Clouds.

I have been a Spiritual Therapist for over two decades, offering Reiki, mediumship readings, and spiritual counselling. I have various guides who I work with in this line of work, depending on what my spiritual work is at the time. in the past I have run a couple of different centers, and ran various development groups.

I have recently  taken further training to incorporate hypnotherapy and CBT, into my practice, so i can offer more of a deeper experience of your problems, with a relaxing basis.

I have gained varied counselling experience as a spiritual therapist, working with clients who have had problems in their relationships, career, home life, and grief, and other problems which the clients were dealing with.

Working as a reiki master I have learnt so much about relaxation, how the body is connected to the mind, and if we are dealing with various stresses in our life's, then the body will in turn show us various  ailments, and vice versa our mental health will reflect on how the body is suffering so can be a cycle of heath problems. So, working with healing and mindfulness can result in a healthier you.
